Too Funk Hair Launch

TOO-FUNKY HAIR SALON blew VIPs away with its red carpet launch party in Manchester City Centre.

Standing in a prime location on Deansgate and housed in Barton Arcade TOO-FUNKY HAIR and retail salon is now the BIGGEST blow-dry bar in the City. Previously known as Hair1UK & Hair Cuttery the salon has rebranded and undergone a total refurbishment, along with appointing a slick new team of award-winning stylists.

Salon Director Tony Rolfe:
“We will be offering a wide range of services such as the early morning ‘breakfast blow dry’ which includes a luxury Redken treatment and late night openings that include a complimentary glass of bubbly to help you start the evening. The blow dry bar is also available for private hire and is perfect for girls pamper parties, hen parties and wedding party packages.”

Former Coronation Street star & Boot Camp guru Scott Wright and  boyband JUiCE were amongst the VIPs who turned out to celebrate TOO-FUNKY HAIR’s fabulous salon launch party.

Guests enjoyed TOO-FUNKY branded cupcakes ‘To Dye For” from Natalie’s Cupcakery featuring silver sparkly scissors made out of icing and buttercream plus Rosso Restaurant created a special cocktail for the evening called ‘Blown Away’.

TOO-FUNKY HAIR aim to be a cut above the rest, delivering ‘on trend haircuts’ – without the designer price tag. The salon’s mission is to make every client that walks in look and feel fabulous and they will be working with leading salon brands such as Redken to achieve this.

Ben Taylor Commercial Director for Redken UK & ROI:
“Redken 5th Avenue NYC are proud to partner Manchester’s Too Funky…not only because the Deansgate Salon is one of the UK Hairdressing Industry’s hot new destinations right now, but because their brand values reflect our own: the best education, personalised fashion-led services and the highest of standards. Good luck Too-Funky!”
