Everyone’s favourite, foot-print conscious fashion store has some big news. Norah is a little gem on Stockport’s Underbank that stocks a very limited amount of both rare fashion and sustainable brands (like House of Sunny).
Excess is not the key here: Norah’s owner, Elizabeth Morgan, cherry picks each individual piece she sells. I seriously admire how she can be around all that beauty and have the willpower not to keep it all for herself.
The beloved boutique has recently been refurbished, along with the exciting announcement of a new trader moving into their upstairs space. Still Life Story, is a homewares and lifestyle store that will be the antidote to everyone’s fast-fashion woes.
Perfectly mirroring Norah’s approach to consumerism, Still Life Story will focus on promoting slow living.
Their collection of Nordic inspired and local wares have been thoughtfully selected to transcend fast moving trends. I really didn’t need another reason to spend more time (and money) in Norah – yet here we are. I may need to be restrained.
And what better way to celebrate good news than a launch party? On Saturday 7th March, Norah and Still Life Story will be your hosts, with complementary drinks, DJ sets, and an exclusive discount running throughout the day. For possibly the coolest, most enviable launch party of the year, the event runs from 12pm – 7pm and is located at 5 Little Underbank, Stockport.
