For £19.99, diners can enjoy either a 3-course selection or 2-courses plus a glass of wine! (The extra course can be added for £4.00 per person)
Taking bookings every day from 6pm – 10pm the fantastic value Chef’s Choice Menu has been carefully selected by the team’s esteemed Chefs. Made up of the best seasonal produce, their ingredients have been locally sourced.
Starters include the Cured Salmon and Cod (with yuzu gel, barley tuille and seaweed) and the Jerusalem Artichoke (slow-cooked hen’s egg, artichoke crisp and apple).
For mains, enjoy the Herb Roasted Chicken (served with Pink Fir potato, garlic puree, spring onion and a homemade chicken sauce) and the Caramelized Pork Collar (with parsnip and apple).
Also offering fish and vegetarian main meals with their Poached Loin of Cod (served with Muscat grapes, onion and clams) and the delicious Pearl Barley Risotto (with wild mushroom and smoked celeriac).
Their desserts will certainly not disappoint and include the delectable Sticky Toffee Pudding, Cardamom Panna Cotta (with orange and celery) and Regional Cheese, with quince and a Fig & Port chutney.
