Manchester Eggs
Elnecot
If you know me, you know I’m literally obsessed with eggs. There’s no two ways about it, they truly are the best thing I’ve ever eaten in any form and these Manchester Eggs from Elnecot were no exception. Crispy on the outside with a perfectly runny yolk in the middle. Admittedly, I didn’t eat the picalilli that accompanies it (after a bad Christmas Eve experience) but these are a must-try for any other egg fans out there. They are 5 quid, bargain. – India Morris

Pugliese Pizza
Ciaooo
If you haven’t tried Ciaooo yet – why not? There really is nothing nicer than a stone baked oven pizza.  Tomato, mozzarella, rocket, capocollo ham, walnuts and burrata. Go, eat, enjoy. – Alex Watson

Sunday Roast
Strawbury Duck
If you’re anything like me, you like a little (or a long) venture out of the city centre on a Sunday. A little bit of drive away, it’s in Turton – right next to Turton and Entwistle Reservoir (which is an AMAZING walk). It’s dog-friendly and their Sunday Roast was a thing of my dreams. – Ciara Martin

Salt and Pepper Mussels & Poached Pear
Harvey Nichols
Honestly, the Winter Market Menu at Harvey Nichols is becoming our office favourite. Proper hearty portions (which is spot on considering it’s a deal) and such good value for money. It’s only £23 for three-courses and a cocktail! – Charlotte Warrior

Chip Shop Halloumi Kebab with Greek Fries
BAB
Are you ready for this? Lightly beer battered halloumi bits, puffed potato, chip shop curry sauce and wasabi peas WITH BAB’s famed Greek Fries (a tzatziki, garlic mayo, feta, olive and chilli sauce delight) – Rikki Chan

Banana Butty
Manchester’s Finest Kitchen
After hearing that the whole office had never tried a banana butty before and coming from a very proud banana butty loving family, I felt like it was my responsibly to make one for everybody to try. It didn’t go down as well as I was hoping, but not to worry, that just meant more for me. If you’re thinking of trying it yourself – it’s pretty simple. 1x ripe banana wedged between 2x very soft slices of Warburtons Toastie Loaf and a thick layer of clover. My dad will be proud. – Ellie Edginton

Ravioli Neri al Granchio
Don Giovanni
The nicest Italian in Manchester – I promise you that one. I didn’t think I needed crab ravioli in my life, but god I did. Black squid ink infused ravioli (unreal) with a creamy crab filling in a butter sauce. See you again next week, Don Gio’s! – Jale Hardy

Baked Camembert
The Bay Horse Tavern
I don’t care if it’s not Christmas. I don’t care if I get fat. I don’t care that people were looking at me like I was some form of starved savage. This Baked Camembert is AMAZING and it’s on the menu all the time over at The Bay Horse Tavern. Get it. Get it now. – Ben Brown
