Contemporary Chinese restaurant, Tattu, is set to deliver a range of decadent dishes to mark the occasion in style.

Covered in cherry blossoms, the symbol of luck in Chinese Culture, Tattu might just be the perfect place to celebrate graduation and toast to a bright future. 

The new summer menu introduces a wide range of delicious modern Chinese flavours to indulge on, including Rock Shrimp and Scallop Gau with cucumber and Wasabi tobiko. To share there’s Aromatic Crispy Duck Pancakes with Cherry hoisin, Szechuan oil and crispy shallots.

For dessert, there’s no better finale than the showstopping Cherry Blossom made of a luscious chocolate mousse, cherry and topped with candyfloss.

Toast with the famous Skull Candy (£10) cocktail with vodka, bubblegum and strawberry or Tiger Lily (£10) a sloe gin, pineapple, jasmine, blueberry topped with coconut foam.

The daytime dining experience ‘the Taste of Tattu’ includes either a 2-course lunch at £23 or a 3-course meal for £28. There’s also sharing menus from £42pp for those larger groups looking for a traditional style of Chinese dining. 

All graduates that dine at Tattu will receive a complimentary fortune cookie with compliments.
