The quintessential feel-good food; Dakota Grill’s Sunday Lunch menu comes with plenty of tempting starters, roasts and desserts to enjoy. There are two options to choose from: 2-courses for £25 or 3-courses for £30 available every Sunday from 12:30 until 5pm.
Let’s begin where the meal will – with the starters. There’s a varied selection of stunning dishes on offer including, Ham Hock Fritter with a Pea & Serrano Ham; Fritto Misto with garlic & saffron aioli; and Chicken Liver Parfait with fig jam and brioche.
The main event, of course, stars a choice between Roast Beef, Roast Chicken or the veggie friendly Nut Roast. You’ll also be treated to all of the trimmings including Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, honey roast parsnips, carrot and swede mash, green beans and cauliflower cheese for the table.
If you (for some reason) decide that you don’t fancy a Roast Dinner, other highlights on the main menu include Pork Belly with soft crab shell, girolles, neceleriac and broadbeans; Line Caught Stone Bass with King Scallop, red pepper puree and asparagus; and Sweet Potato Rosti with wild mushrooms, spinach and poached egg.
To finish, there is an indulgent choice of sweet treats, including Creme Brûlée with cinnamon shortbread; the always amazing Sticky Toffee Pudding with toffee sauce; Avocado Brownie with basil sorbet; Vanilla Cheesecake with strawberry sorbet; Eton mess; and a selection of ice-creams and sorbets.
And if you’re not full yet, for just an extra £10 guests can finish with the famous cheese trolley. including 10 kinds of cheese from the hotel’s specialist supplier, the Cheese Larder.
