Everybody’s favourite luxury hotel has unveiled a pop-up cocktail bar on the restaurant terrace, the perfect little sun-trap to get the last few rays before winter hits.
Serving up a delightful array of seasonal cocktails including Chilean Swizzle a herby twist on the classic Mojito, served long and topped with crushed ice.
There’s also the Lavenda Rosa a low ABV apertivo bouquet and Spiced Caipirinha, known as the bosses favourite.
Guests can enjoy plenty of drinks and also dine from the bar food menu, including the tempting small bites such as black truffle and comté croquettes, goats’ cheese arancini and tempura prawns.
The pop-up cocktail bar will be situated on the waterside terrace each weekend of September and serving cocktails from noon until midnight.
Those guests wishing to enjoy a cigar from Dakota’s selection of Cuban cigars can socialise and indulge in the stunning Cigar Garden, reserved exclusively for cigar aficionados.
