A Day of Live Self Care Activities for you to do from your sofa!

From dancing to quizzes and workouts, yoga and mindfulness - it's a full day to help relief stress and anxiety.

We’re all anxious and feeling a bit clueless because we don’t really don’t know what’s going on or what’s in store for the next few weeks.

Well, this Sunday 22nd March Feel Good Club are broadcasting live on IGTV ALL day bringing a day full of self-care activities.

There will be mindfulness to music quizzes, dancing and Q&As.

The live show will start at 9am with some positive news from Aimie & Kiera before moving on to sessions on mindfulness, a dance class, a music quiz, a sound bath and much more throughout the day.

7-7.30pm: Meditate with Robyn at Liberte Yoga (@liberteyoga)
7-8pm: Finish the day with Aimie & Keira giving tips on how to keep feeling good this week.

Feel Good Club was set up to remind people we’re just humans, made by two wives on a mission to support you in becoming your best and happiest self.

They aim to normalise the conversation around mental health and encourage everyone to talk about their feelings more openly!
