As ever, Zouk are keen to share all their wonderful expertise with us and next month sees them host none other than a Vegetarian Masterclass.

It’s the perfect opportunity to learn how to make the most delicious curry you’ve ever had that YOU made – WITHOUT anything from a jar. Imagine that. Personally I cannot, and I should definitely get myself some tickets to this.

Promising a fabulous, light-hearted atmosphere, the events are for complete novices (like myself) who can cook a passable cheese on toast or tomato pasta bake and also for experienced cooks wanting to expand their knowledge.

Throughout the class the team will be filling you with delicious food and plenty of tips and tricks. By the end of the event you will be able to effortlessly rustle up mouthwatering curries and grilled starters.

Falafel Vegetable Tikka
Tarka Daal
Paneer Tikka
Channa Masala
Pala Aloo

You can even request a vegan alternative to the dishes too!
