The Vegan Kitchen will give the festival a plant-based makeover in the Dining Dome with special guests and Live Cookery Theatre throughout the day.

Masterchef Finalist, British Street Food Award-Winner and award-winning author Jackie Kearney will be cooking up her ‘Vegan Christmas Delights’ from her upcoming book due later this year. Founder and ex-head chef of Allotment Vegan, Max Nutter, will also be demonstrating his favourite dishes.

At night, a vegan banquet will take over the Dining Dome with two inimitable personalities John Robb and Shaun Ryder with vegan Indian street food from Bundobust. The food will be paired with vegan beers from the new Bundobust Brewing Co and the evening soundtracked by the perfect Mancunian playlist.

You can also expect a range of vegan street food stalls from Dim Sum Su’s vegan dumplings, Tampopo’s vegan Thai dishes and Ginger’s Comfort Emporium’s array of vegan ice creams plus much more.

There’ll also be vegan beers from Camden Town Brewery, vegan G&Ts from  JJ Whitley and vegan wines too.

Join the 24-hour party and vegan revolution taking over this year’s Manchester Food and Drink Festival.
