Based on Ben’s recommendations that lamb and mint go better together and Barry and Paul Chuckle, we’re sticking with the Moroccan Lamb baguette. This place gets mega busy though – so get down quickly on a weekday.
The Breakfast Sandwich @ Pollen Bakery
Breakfast is the best meal of the day, especially when it comes in some sort of bacon, egg, bread combination. Pollen’s Breakfast Sandwich is exactly that served in a soft potato bun baked in house. They also do a version with a fried hash brown bun which sounds like heaven to me.
Chorizo Sandwich @ Federal
My go-to order at Federal has always been and always will be the Chorizo Sandwich. Served with big old slabs of warm chorizo, Manchego cheese, aioli and sweet sweet caramelised onions. God – it’s good.
