Diavolino Panuozzo @ Rudy's Sale Who doesn't want a sandwich that is a pizza/panini hybrid. Panuozzo is a traditional Neapolitan sandwich, of course, these ones are made using Rudy's famous dough and stuffed with delicious fillings. The Diavolino (third down in the pic) is packed full with Calabrian Spianata, Piccante, Fior di Latte, N'duja Ricotta, and fresh rocket. Crispy King Prawn Banh Mi @ Pho Cue £6 Each Banh Mi is made by hand and served with a homemade curry dip. They're available every day between 12 and 4pm but they only make around 50 so they sell out super quick. Expect crusty bread and proper flavoursome fillings. 50/50 Spring Roll @ SanSan £10 Whoever thought to put spring rolls on a sandwich clearly has their sh*t together. The 50/50 Spring Roll includes sesame mayo, dan dan beef/pork spring rolls, ginger and spring onion sauce, pickled pear, crispy garlic and shallots, more sesame mayo on sesame brioche. Pork Katsu Sando @ New Wave Ramen £9 New Wave Ramen opened up in Mackie Mayor in July last year, bringing this sandwich that significantly raised the game in town. The 'perfect lunch time treat', features a toasted brioche bun packed full of crumbed pork belly, yuzu cabbage slaw and plum tonkatsu. Fennel Salami @ Osma £5 The Scandi style restaurant with Michelin-trained chef, Osma is serving up a whole range of sarnies in lockdown. Served on Pollen bread, the Fennel Salami sarnie comes with aubergine, courgette and a tomato & oregano sauce. They're available Friday - Sunday from 10am to 4pm from the front of the shop in Prestwich. Follow   Moroccan Lamb Baguette @ Rustica £3.20 An oldie but a goldie - pretty much anything will be good from this Manchester institution. You'll get top value and plenty of filling in your sandwich. Based on Ben's recommendations that lamb and mint go better together and Barry and Paul Chuckle, we're sticking with the Moroccan Lamb baguette. This place gets mega busy though - so get down quickly on a weekday. Follow

The Breakfast Sandwich @ Pollen Bakery  £7.50 Breakfast is the best meal of the day, especially when it comes in some sort of bacon, egg, bread combination. Pollen's Breakfast Sandwich is exactly that served in a soft potato bun baked in house. They also do a version with a fried hash brown bun which sounds like heaven to me. Follow

Chorizo Sandwich @ Federal £5.50 My go-to order at Federal has always been and always will be the Chorizo Sandwich. Served with big old slabs of warm chorizo, Manchego cheese, aioli and sweet sweet caramelised onions. God - it's good. Order Online

Mac Attack @ Northern Soul  £6.40 It wouldn't be a sandwich round-up without something that was pure carbs (and therefore extra delicious), that's where Northern Soul comes in. The ultimate grilled cheese with Northern Soul's classic mac and cheese in the middle. Sounds like the perfect hangover cure to me. Order Online   Gelato Brioche Sandwich @ Sicilian NQ The first dessert sandwich on the list and it's a good one. Gelato all the way from Sicily encased in a warm Brioche bun - what more could you want?! The gelato cart is officialy back today (Friday 26th March) which means summer is upon us! Get involved. Follow   Breakfast Sandwich @ Elnecot  £8 Elnecot is currently operating on a reduced menu but I literally cannot wait to get back there and gobble up their breakfast sandwich.
