Cheshire Cat Distillery is a Manchester-based small-batch gin and rum distillery that launched in December 2020.

This year, they’ve created a limited-edition bottle of gin to raise money for Coffee4Craig, a charity that provides vital support for Manchester’s homeless people and people in crisis.

The charity operates an out of hours drop-in service in the heart of the city centre, providing hot food, showers, food parcels and medical support to those who need it.

The limited-edition gin is up for auction here with ten bottles available. The unique gin features a mixture of 16 botanicals including grains of paradise, Szechuan pepper, orange peel and angelica creating a smooth, aromatic, sweet citrus flavour with a rich, spiced finish.

Individually numbered by hand, each bottle features a laser engraved artwork representing a reborn angel, rising again to start a new life. Plus you will also be able to spot the Manchester Bee emblem.

“Since our launch last year, we have been privileged to have enjoyed immense support from the Manchester community who have embraced our products and offered us incredibly positive feedback.

All of our team have such a fondness for Manchester and homelessness in the city is an issue we wanted to help address in whatever small way we can. We researched various charities and one really stood out to us – Coffee4Craig.

With the help of our generous sponsors Counting King, Roberts Vain Wilshaw, The Offices, Terence Anderson and ZenTec Network Solutions we are able to allocate every single penny raised through the auction to this amazing organisation.” – Alex Moodie, Founder of Cheshire Cat Distillery.

All of the money raised from the auction will go directly to Coffee4Craig.
