A brand new entirely vegan pizza place is set to take over the old Earth Cafe site next to the Buddhist Centre serving up plant-based Detroit-style pizza.

There are so many different styles of pizza it can be hard to keep up with them all, it can also be easy to settle for one that you like but with this many to try – why would you?!

Detroit pizza uses a focaccia-like dough baked in deep pans – specifically rectangular -, layered with Wisconsin brick cheese and tomato sauce plus any other of your favourite pizza toppings.

Traditionally you’ll find pepperoni pressed into the dough to really get that flavour oozing throughout the rather doughy pizza!

Four Side is taking orders now for delivery and collection of their new doughy delights and their menu boasts classics as well as vegan twists!

Each pizza is delivered whole and not sliced so you can easily whack it in the oven for five minutes for the best tasting Detroit-style pizza.

You can grab their ‘Marg’ for £9.50 as well as homemade ‘Pepperoni’ for £12, ‘n’duja’ and ‘BBQ seitan’ will set you back £12.50 while mushrooms and truffle oil is £11.50.

On the sides menu are bitesize knots of dough – The Knots – served with a garlic and miso ‘butter’ as well as tater tots – The Tots – with crispy onions and chive (both £3.50). YOu can also go large on both of these sides for an extra £1.50.

So far on the delivery menu, they’ve got three non-alcoholic beverages in the form of Vandestreek Playground Non-Alcoholic IPA (£3), Dalston’s Lemonade and Karma Cola (both £2).

You can order for collection via Good Eats and get it right to your door via Deliveroo.
