The open-air comedy festival is back in Manchester this September with seven stacked shows across five nights...
Laughterama is heading back to Castlefield Bowl this September, bringing another packed week of stand-up and top names.
Running from 2 to 6 September, this year’s edition will see the likes of Jack Dee, Nick Mohammed, Sara Pascoe, Fern Brady, Michelle de Swarte, Stewart Lee, Chris McCausland and Nina Conti all take to the stage across seven huge shows.

There’s plenty more on the bill too, including Rose Matafeo, Sarah Keyworth, Jen Brister, Tom Rosenthal, Ivo Graham, Elis James, Harriet Kemsley and John Robins, alongside fast-rising comics like Vittorio Angelone, Kiran Saggu, Jen Nolan and Evaldas Karosas.
Set against the backdrop of Castlefield Bowl, each night pairs big-name comedy with bars and street food.

Since launching in 2022 with a run of sold-out shows featuring comics including James Acaster and Aisling Bea, Laughterama has become a regular fixture in the city’s late summer calendar, drawing more than 10,000 comedy fans every year.
“We’re thrilled to be returning to Castlefield Bowl with our biggest line-up yet,” said festival boss Will Briggs.
“Every festival we’ve done here has been electric and this year’s is set to be an all-time great! There’s so many incredible acts on each show and we cannot wait to get started.”

Tickets are on sale now, priced from £29.
