Robyn and Damian, founders of Herbivorous, have travelled the country with their award-winning vegan street food offerings. Now settled at Hatch, the pair have brought delicious plant-based eats to the people of Manchester at the food, drink and retail destination.
Celebrating their third birthday this month, Herbivorous are hosting a number of vegan workshops throughout January and beyond.

Vegan Life Hacks
This Saturday, Hatch will host a number of pop-ups throughout the day celebrating all things vegan. The celebration will see Herbivorous’ Vegan Life Hacks stall – which will show attendees how to make their vegan journey easier with some great tips and tricks. Offering all things from advice to meat substitute tasting and tricks – the stall will be your one-stop survival shop if you are interested in introducing a little plant power into your life.

Vegan Supper Club
Herbivorous’ showstopper will be held on Thursday 30th of January, their intimate ‘Vegan Supper Club’ will treat guests to Robyn and Damian’s best dishes with a sustainably sourced, plant-based four-course dinner in Hatch’s new Supper Club dining room. Be quick as tickets are selling fast!

Veganuary On A Budget
On Sunday 26th January, Herbivorous will also be hosting their ‘Veganuary on a Budget’ workshop. Learn how to sustain your vegan pledges with recipe ideas and shopping tips on how to utilise inexpensive ingredients at this workshop. You will also receive a 25% discount on any food or drink purchased on the day!
