Taking place on Wednesday 22nd and Thursday 23rd August, Executive Chef Ashwani has created a bespoke 4 course menu that is to be enjoyed with 4 of ShinDigger’s best craft ales.
Here’s what they’ve got in store:
Sweet Yoghurt and Asparagus
+ ShinDigger Lager – Clean, soft and light easy-drinking pilsner.
Chicken Supreme, Mezuna, Banana Candied Ginger, Mint and Beer Relish
+ Mango Unchained – Session IPA blended with mango and pineapple, a tropical fruit salad of a beer.
Grilled Swordfish Tikka
Amaranth Oil, Crispy Kale, Cocoa and Apricot Relish
+ Session – Light and Refreshing Session IPA, huge tropical notes from 4 varieties of American and Australian Hops.
Caramel Cheese Cake
Blueberry Jelly, Brazil Nut Crumble, Apple Blossom
+ Everything’s Peachy – Session IPA blended with natural peach extract.
