‘Beers In The Garden’ is a celebration of local breweries and sustainable cuisine, where DEYA Brewery curates a unique beer festival at Platt Fields Market Garden in Fallowfield, a city oasis brimming with greenery, fruits, and vegetables.

DEYA will be teaming up with some of the city’s most esteemed breweries to offer a diverse array of craft beers. Grounded MCR will provide coffee and cocktails, ISCA will serve soft drinks, snacks and natural wine, and Beer Moth will have a bottle bar, ensuring that every palate is catered for.

Food is a key focus of the event, with an impressive selection of sustainable offerings from local businesses, including Where The Light Gets In, Honest Crust Pizza, MUD Kitchen and Siop Shop.

There will also be entertainment in the form of DJs from Living Room Dance Club + SK1 Records, and children will be kept engaged with free forest school activities courtesy of Manchester Bees Forest School and Conker Crew Collective.

Set within Platt Fields Market Garden, the festival offers over 200 seats enveloped by a green sanctuary with access to locally-grown food and green spaces, echoing the ethos of the Manchester Urban Diggers (MUD).

MUD is a not-for-profit social enterprise that manages food-growing projects and community gardens throughout Manchester. The enterprise runs volunteering sessions and a green prescribing programme alongside food and drink events.

‘Beers In The Garden’ takes place on Friday 28 – Sunday 30 July, and all ticket sales from the festival will go directly towards MUD’s ongoing community initiatives.
