There’s a massive festival dedicated to sushi heading to Manchester this Autumn, pencilled in for September 30th – October 2nd set to take place at a still-undisclosed ‘secret location’.

The Manchester Sushi Festival will see some of the city’s best sushi parlours and chefs, with guests able to sample everything from makizushi to nigiri, temaki to “Super Sushi“.

There will also be a whole array of other Japanese delicacies on offer, including ramen and tempura, as well as plenty of plant-based options for vegans and veggies to enjoy too.

As well as the vast selection of sushi vendors to choose from, there will also be workshops for guests to learn how to make their very own sushi from home – though it is worth noting that the workshops run every hour and are on a strictly first come first served basis.

There will also be Japanese inspired art classes, fashion pop ups, live music and DJs – as well as plenty of Japanese beer to hand, too.

The festival will run for four hours each day between the hours of 3pm and 7pm.
