Everyone has spent a Sunday hungover at Pieminister, in desperate need of some hearty pastry to soak up the woes of the night before. But there’s nothing quite like the hair of the dog, is there? And now, the restaurant is offering a Bottomless Brunch that involves unlimited cocktails and some exclusive brunch pies for just £25 per person!Every Saturday at Pieminister Deansgate for a whole 90 minutes, you can indulge in four different pie options, alongside bottomless Prosecco, Mimosas, Aperol Spritz, Freedom Four lager or Pieminister’s very own Pie.P.A Pale Ale. The pies consist of vegan and veggie friendly options, as well as loaded meaty pies for those with the biggest appetites. First up is the Morning Glory pie - a free range sausage and bacon pie, that comes with cheesy bechamel sauce and a fried egg, always sunny side up!The next pie to choose from is the Sunny Pie Up - a vegetarian option consisting of a red onion and rosemary sausage pie with more bechamel sauce and topped with a fried egg. Vegans can’t be disappointed with this bottomless brunch either, as the next pie up for grabs is The Vegan Banger. This is another red onion and rosemary sausage pie that comes with a vegan version of the bechamel sauce. The final option is the Bangin Bean Skillet. It showcases all of Pieminister’s splendour, just without the pastry, as it comes with smoky baked beans, halloumi and an egg baked inside a skillet. All of the dishes are joined by garlic potatoes, crispy kale and vine tomatoes, and the pies are also served with a side of smoky baked beans. Pieminister was born in 2003, when Tristan Hogg and Jon Simon returned from their Australian travels and missed eating a boat load of pies for tea every day. Since then, the restaurant has grown exponentially from its first stall at London’s Borough Market with kitchens now in London, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff and three in Manchester! The bottomless brunch is only available at the city's Deansgate restaurant. To book a table, follow the link below.
