One of the city’s favourite Brunch spots, Alabama’s was always busy on a weekend, and once you manage to sit down for some of their dishes, it’s clear to see why.
The re-opening sees them now refresh this menu; all curated by newly appointed head chef Charlie Hadley, who previously headed up the kitchens at Deaf Institute and Gorilla.
There’s now even more vegan and vegetarian-friendly dishes including amazing sweet stacks of Vegan Pancakes and an incredible Vegan Panna Cotta.
Other must-eats include the Steak Hash with 4oz rump, ham hock, potato hash, poached eggs, hollandaise and chipotle mayonnaise; and the Breakfast Burger featuring a breakfast muffin with a sausage patty, smoked streaky bacon, fried egg, hash brown and all the sauces.
Speaking on the restaurant’s reopening, owner Bradley Parkins said “We thought that the new year would be the perfect opportunity to reopen our doors, and it’s been great to see the place full and everyone enjoying our dishes again!
“As before, all of our recipes feature fresh, locally sourced produce and everything’s cooked to order without a microwave in sight, a must for the best brunch spot in the city!”
Alabama’s serve up all-day brunch from 9am until 3pm on weekdays and from 9am until 5pm at weekends.
