Last week Corridor relaunched after having a makeover, so I headed down to check it out and sampled some of their new cocktails… it’s safe to say that my head has felt better days than the morning after this one!

When I arrived I was handed their business card cocktail menu which has been designed so you can take them away and always have it to hand – I guess you never know when you’re going to get the thirst! The new menu has a range of their own original creations as well as twisted classics. They’ve used modern techniques to give you a bit of a different experience, including an olive paint in their Gin Martini!

Working my way through the cocktails, the stand-out ones for me have to be the Popcorn Tea Punch, the Cha’ Forro’, the Lock Keeper’s Brew… and just because of the way it was presented, it’s also worth checking out the Shia Suprise!

Next up was the West Winds Gin takeover on Saturday, which was headed by Olivia Ryan, providing cocktails of both expressions of the gin, The Sabre and The Cutlass.

Everyone enjoyed what the Australian Gin had to offer and with this takeover evening being such a massive hit, the next takeover is already planned for the end of February… 1800 Tequila. To keep updated on this just give them a follow…
