That’s right – it’s now been three years since The Refuge opened their doors and it’s been 3 years full of fucking great parties, some amazing food, top bevvies and even the odd exhibition or two.

As you’d expect, they’re having a massive 3rd Birthday Party for one night on Friday 5th October with completely FREE entry all night long.

Expect nothing less than an all-day party from dusk til dawn – PUT ON YA DANCING SHOES, IT’S PARTY TIME!

Their official ‘end of Summer’ party, there whole shindig will takeover the Courtyard and Public Bar with a trip down to the Basement later to close off proceedings. Here’s what you can expect…

Public Bar

Taking over the bar throughout the day is Ross Roberts from 2 – 8pm and Joey T from 8pm – 1pm with full live music sessions.

The Courtyard

Possibly Manchester’s prettiest outside terrace will play host to none other than Supernature Disco and Massey. But that’s not all. There’s set to be aMASSIVE  appearance from non-stop exotic disco, Homoelectric – the absolute favourite party for homos, heteros, lesbos and don’t knows. Getting geared up for the HUGE Homobloc at Mayfield, this is the prefect chance to see them for FREE (in case you haven’t managed to get a ticket like me)!

Closing off the night is a massive party in the basement featuring The Unabombers, SNO and Craig Smith of 6th Borough Project right until 3am.
