Reserve @ Opus One is the latest drinking den to hit Manchester. Located in the historic Colonnade of the iconic Free Trade Hall, Reserve @ Opus One is the new stand-alone Champagne bar at the multi-award winning Radisson Blu Edwardian, Free Trade Hall Manchester hotel.
This haute hangout, which is set to become a favourite destination of the Manchester social set, offers an extensive selection of impressive Champagnes. Reserve @ Opus One will offer Champagnes that range from £9.90 for a glass, up to £341 for a bottle of Louis Roederer Cristal Brut, while those looking to splash out can do with a magnum of Krug Grande Cuvée Brut, for a cool £835.
The menu will comprise a selection of small taster plates, which have each been designed to compliment the collection of Champagnes available. The tapas-style dishes are priced between £3-£6 and include picholine marinated olives; Cumbrian cured ham; belly pork scampi with Eddisbury Farm apple puree; marinated griddled artichoke (v) and saffron tempura of gambas with sweet chili mayo.
Reminiscent of the grand entrance that once welcomed legendary figures, the Reserve @ Opus One Colonnade features dramatic vaulted ceilings, exposed brickwork and luxurious furnishings.
Reserve @ Opus One is the latest of inspiring initiatives to launch at the hotel. General Manager Stephen Miles, commented, “The Free Trade Hall is a heritage spot in the city; it’s only fitting that we created a space, where guests can experience this history and simply indulge and enjoy our collection of premium and vintage Champagnes.”
