Doug’s Hamburgers, which has been a literal ‘smash’ hit in Norway, is coming to Manchester.
Led by the team behind some of your favourite Manchester eateries like Madre and Medlock Canteen, Doug’s will open their fourth location in December.
It’s described as an ‘Oklahoma-style’ burger restaurant (think heavy on the onions, which are diced finely and smashed directly into the patty), and they will be focussing on the classics as well as favourites-with-a-twist.
They’re set to arrive in Oxford Road’s Circle Square before the end of the year, where they join the likes of Federal, Detroit Slim’s and Onda.
The highlight of the menu with arguably be the ‘Happier Meal’, a burger and fries served with a martini.
Serving 11am until midnight, seven days a week, there’ll also be a selection of hot chicken sandwiches, tenders and fries too.
Breakfast buns will also be available, as well as a wine, beer and cocktail menu available later in the day.
