Kebabs, with all of their many different iterations and interpretations, are a true worldwide food. You could be in Ecuador- tucking into Carne en Palito on a streetside BBQ, or sitting in a takeaway in Berlin with a doner – it seems that every cuisine has a form of kebab – and they’re almost always absolutely delicious.
