Now that we're officially in the longest spell of British sun since the Jurassic-era, it's about time you got involved in some serious picnicking action down at The Refuge.

For the perfect Picnic in the City you'd be hard pressed to find anywhere better because not only have they given their outdoor terrace a serious sprucing up, they've also introduced a Picnic Basket for you to enjoy out there too. The basket includes everything to need to enjoy the Manchester sunshine, including the following plates from the Dining Room menu;
  • Olives
  • Chicken liver & rosewater parfait, toasted flatbreads
  • Manchester air dried ham
  • Manchego, quince
  • Fresh baked scones, clotted cream, Tiptree jam
  • Selection of sweet treats from our in-house pastry team.
