Recent years have seen a massive surge in the popularity of juices and smoothies – with Nutribullet sales pretty much going from zero to a gazillion in 4 years alone.

But what are the health benefits of these drinks (if any)? Well, we tottled off to The Counter House in Ancoats, who boasts a packed menu of freshly pressed juices, smoothies and even some rather nifty health shots. Here’s what we discovered…

Cold Press

Green God
