The city’s best Tiki bar and club is returning to the fold once again, opening up this Wednesday 23rd September for a MASSIVE blow out right until 4am!
With a 10pm curfew coming into effect on Thursday 24th – the day before is the perfect time to go seriously mad – with a host of brand-new cocktails, a new look and a proper party until the early hours – just like the good old days.
The talented team at Liars have been working away behind the scenes to come up with an exciting new menu of cocktails with a range of ‘Liars Originals‘ taking centre stage…
There’s the Liars Club version of the Pornstar Martini – the POLYNESIAN PIN-UP with Bacardi Blanca, Passionfruit, vanilla, lime, pineapple an bubbles, the obligatory blue cocktail in the COBALT BAY with Mount Gay rum, Cocchi Americano, lemon, guava and grapefruit, and my personal favourite – the TWO BIRDS, ONE STONE which comes loaded with 5 Golden Rums, Campari, Galliano, pineapple, pandan and lime.
There’s also a list of ‘Tiki Classics‘ to contend with, featuring all of your favourites (with a Liars twist) such as the PINA COLADA, MAI TAI, Manchester’s best DAIQUIRI and a ZOMBIE that’ll blow your bloody head off.
As is always the case, Liars will continue to stock the city’s biggest and best selection of rums, and you can now order pizza from Crazy Pedro’s upstairs to eat at your table!
