Manahatta, the original name for Manhattan, takes inspiration from the iconic NYC borough, its world-famous downtown vibe and after-hours parties, a scene perfectly in-tune with Manchester’s unique aesthetic of understated, industrial elegance.
From October 6, Manchester can enjoy New York-style brunch, delicious light lunches and a more indulgent American-style menu in the evening. The sophisticated cocktail and wine list emerges from a collaboration between the multi-award-winning team from The American Bar at the Savoy Hotel in London and Arc Inspirations’ head of development Mark Austin.
Guests will enjoy cocktails designed to take them from dawn – our favourite is the Signature Manahatta Spritz – to dusk, such as the La Farmica, laced with spirits du jour, tequila and mezcal.
After (or even during!) dinner, guests can dance until the small hours to the best DJs and musicians the city has to offer, guest acts from around the globe and more exciting live entertainment still to be revealed.
