After an initial testing phase, critically acclaimed chef Michael O’Hare has now taken the reigns of the restaurant and the new Asian inspired tasting menu is much stronger, bolder and refined.

Housed in the iconic Urbis building, the interior of the energetic restaurant has upped its game, moving up a notch – without losing the unique and distinctive identity it launched with – to reveal enhanced elegant and sophisticated elements which combine to create a highly intimate dining space.

Having taking learnings from the six months post-launch, as well as his one Michelin star restaurant The Man Behind The Curtain in Leeds, Michael will lead the team in the kitchen on his mission to let the ‘food speak for itself’ and push the boundaries of fine dining in the north-west.

Rabbit in the moon will be taking bookings by members of the public from 4th April 2018.
