Rudy’s will be opening a brand new branch in Altrincham in July. This will be their 7th location in Manchester, and 27th overall.
Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana (to give it its official name) will be located in the Charis House building, which was formerly host to outdoor food court concept OneCentral. The space is being remodelled to accommodate a spacious 100 cover restaurant.
Right at the heart of the town, the pizzeria will be just a stone’s throw from other favourites like Unagi, Altrincham Market House and Blanchflower.
Since launching in 2015 in Ancoats, Rudy’s has gained a reputation for authentic, super-light Neapolitan pizza-making.
They serve classic recipes such as the Marinara, the Margherita and the Calabrese – all originating from Naples, as well as more inventive toppings inspired by their favourite pizzerias around the world. Visitors will also be able to wash down their pizzas with iconic Italian spritzes, crisp Italian and local lagers, and classic stirred-cocktails.
Commenting on the new opening, Neal Bates of Rudy’s, said: “We’re really excited about bringing Rudy’s authentic Neapolitan pizza to Altrincham, joining the community and getting to know our neighbours in this bustling suburb.
“We can’t wait to launch our newest site in Greater Manchester and welcome both residents and visitors to enjoy a slice of Naples right here in Altrincham.”
