During this time of lockdown I’ve been absolutely smashing the pasta – and I’m sure that you have too.
Bags and bags of conchiglie have been boiled and mixed with an assortment of sauces, pestos and flavours of butter – but no matter how much I cook – it’ll never be as good as what Sugo Pasta Kitchen do.
At first I was sceptical. Who goes out to a restaurant for pasta?! Well, as soon as my first plate arrived during my first visit I was sold. This place is outstanding.
Great news then as they are opening up for delivery from today – serving up a selection of their most popular dishes.
There’s loads on offer including the House Sugo (£14); Orecchiette with a beef shin, pork shoulder and nduja ragu and parmesan, Strozzapreti with Broccolini (£11); Anchovy butter, house chicken stock, chilli and parmesan, and my favourite Beef and Pork Meatballs (£7.50) in sugo all’arrabbiata with ricotta, parmesan, pangrattato.
