Pizza fans, rejoice! Much-loved Neapolitan specialists Pizza Pilgrims have finally landed in Manchester.
The first Northern edition of the hit London ‘za hangout, founded in 2021 by brothers James and Tom Elliott, will open its doors on 18 August.
Located on Deansgate, the new restaurant features 140 covers across a ground floor and mezzanine dining space, as well as an extra-special Fiat Panda Pop bar, where guests can enjoy their classic cocktails – including the Watermelon & Strawberry Daiquiri and the fiery Spicy Pineapple Margarita.

Launching with their brand-new summer menu, alongside fan favourites, expect a line-up of dishes featuring the unbeatable ingredients of Campania. Highlights include the Amalfi Coast pizza with its Cetaran DOP anchovies, Piennolo tomatoes, Fior di Latte mozzarella, olives, capers, and basil.
There’s also the indulgent Principessa pizza, stacked with Prosciutto di Parma DOP, Piennolo di Vesuvio DOP tomatoes, 24-month Parmigiano-Reggiano DOP, Mozzarella di Bufala DOP, and extra virgin olive oil. Oh and the Burrata & Pesto pizza – creamy Puglian burrata, Genovese basil pesto, and sweet Piennolo tomatoes for lighter summer vibes.
Alongside the new offerings, expect Pizza Pilgrims classics like the Margherita, Salsiccia e Friarielli, Double Pepperoni & Hot Honey, as well as the much-loved Carbonara pizza – complete with crunchy strands of al dente spaghetti.

Promising a proper Napoli dining experience in the heart of the city, there’s even a huge portrait of Maradona on the wall – made by Manchester’s very own Stan Chow. You’ll also find his work upstairs in the masterclass kitchen, where pizza fans can learn the art of the pie in the Dough It Yourself experience, led by Pizza Pilgrims’ experienced pizzaiolos.
Diners can also support Pizza Pilgrims’ ongoing charity work via their ‘Dip To Donate’ initiative, which donates 5p from every crust dipper sold to the Pizza Pilgrims charity fund.
Pizza Pilgrims Manchester officially opens on 18 August at 105 Deansgate, Manchester M3 2BQ.
