Spinningfields' Albatross & Arnold has announced its second tasting event; a 7-course collaboration with the multi-award winning restaurant Machine House.
Following the success of the first event with Tappers Gin last month, Albatross & Arnold has teamed up with Executive Head Chef from Machine House, Kevin Lynn for a night of spectacular food.
Machine House has just been announced as ‘Restaurant of the Year’ (Wales) by the AA Awards. The restaurant has been described by inspectors as: “Modern British cooking which is bang up to date, and dials the flavours up to 11 in lively, sharply executed dishes.”
The event, which will take place on the Thursday 4th October boasts a menu dedicated to the best of British produce.
Head Chef Jonathan Green says: “I’m really excited to be working with Kevin and Machine House team, creating a menu with another chef allows creativity to flow and a chance to really push ourselves and our dishes, this is definitely my favourite event to date.”
Albatross and Arnold will be hosting Thursday tasting events through the year and will be partnering with some of the best brands and chefs from across the UK to showcase a variety of cuisines.
