There are a million different ways that people celebrate Halloween.
Some people get dressed up and ask for toffees on doorsteps, others sit in and watch scary movies until they are too frightened to go to the toilet, and others – well, others just eat too much and drink too much.
To celebrate Halloween this year, Northern Quarter gourmet kebab specialists BAB have created three limited edition babs that are set to be available for ONE WEEKEND ONLY – from Thursday 28th – Sunday 31st October.
First up is their Lamb Meatball Kebab, topped with vegetable spaghetti, rocket salad and homemade lamb meatballs in a tangy tomato sauce.
Then there’s the Sprat Fish Kebab, with deep-fried sprat, Israel couscous, BAB kebab salad and topped liberally with a spicy mint sauce.
Finally, there’s the Okra Lotus Root Kebab, with fried okra, lotus root, coriander and a smoked paprika and red pepper chutney.
All three kebabs will be available from from Thursday 28th – Sunday 31st October.
