In addition to tickling your taste buds, Mat O' Connell from beer and wine importers, Morgenrot will be giving you a mental workout, explaining the pairings and why they've been selected.

SECRETO IBERICO x La Pirata Suria (APA)
Seared Iberico Secreto pork, beer & honey sauce

Espinicas y Garbanzos, chickpeas, spinach, smoked paprika perfectly paired with Mala Gissona’s Django R. Blanche - a fruity, spicy Witbier that is given a wonderful richness by chickpea-based stew, simple but wonderfully enjoyable pairing.
CARRILLERA DE CERDO x Palax Reserva Brune (Bock)

The malt and caramel notes highlight the sweet, richness of the slow cooked cheek. Underpinned by a creamy chickpea puree, the ultimate comfort food pairing!

CHURROS x Beercat la Segadora (Farmhouse IPA)
Rum chocolate sauce
It wouldn’t be a Spanish food pairing without indulging in some churros in a rum chocolate sauce paired with Beercat’s La Segadora. A controversial pairing; deep fried dough pastry with a rich chocolate sauce is bittersweet pairing with the lemon and cinnamon notes in this big aromatic farmhouse IPA from Beercat.
