Together they will host a Txoko Supper Club where guests can celebrate their favourite dishes, experiment with new cooking methods and enjoy the good company.
Arriving at the Second Floor Bar and Brasserie, you’ll be welcomed by an arrival drink and authentic Spanish pinchos before taking your seat and tucking into 6 authentic Basque dishes.
The evening will feature plates such as Slow-Roasted Suckling Pig, Salted Cod Lion & Galician 45 day-aged Beef Rib cooked up in a collaboration between Head Chef Matt Horsfield and the team at Baratxuri.
If that weren’t enough to whet your appetite, there’s also an option to add a wine flight to your evening to accompany the spanish bites for £20 per person. Choose from any of the following:
