World-class chefs to join Nacho Manzano at Ibérica Spinningfields

On Tuesday, November 15th, at Iberica Spinningfields, Executive Chef Nacho Manzano is set to welcome a trio of highly-esteemed Spanish chefs into his kitchen for the restaurant’s third Nacho & Friends event.

Visiting Manchester for the first time, Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch and Mateu Casañas, the chefs and owners of Compartir in Cadaqués, and the Michelin-starred Disfrutar in Barcelona, which recently won Best New European Restaurant 2016, will join Nacho to prepare an exclusive 8 course dinner, with four complimentary drinks.

Former sous chefs and right-hand men for Ferran Adrià at elBulli, five-time winner of best restaurant in the world, the trio are renowned for their avant-garde style kitchen where dishes stand out for their distinctly Mediterranean personality, using high-quality ingredients which are brought to perfection using contemporary techniques.

This highly-anticipated event is guaranteed to be a sell-out, with the calibre of two chefs set to excite foodies across the North West. Tickets are £80 per head.

The menu for the evening will include Crispy egg yolk with mushrooms gelatin, Red tuna Iberico and Beetroot and fruit salad with Ajoblanco sorbet to name but a few.
