Rudy’s, the 8th best pizza in the world, have taken the city by storm since opening a few years back in Ancoats, and now they’ve expanded not just across Manchester but also the UK, with locations in Liverpool, Leeds and Birmingham.
Well, it also seems that there’s set to be another Rudy’s right in the city centre, as the group submitted a licence application at the old Dawson’s Music site on Portland Street.
The glass-fronted Rudy’s Portland Street offers up two-storeys, and the site will open until half past midnight Sunday to Thursday and until 01:30 am on Fridays and Saturdays.
