If there’s anything the Seven Brothers get right, apart from delicious beer of course, it’s their choice of location for their beer houses.

They seem to always be right on the money when it comes to an up-and-coming area – see for example their much-loved bar in Ancoats.

Coming this spring, the brothers will be venturing across the river to Salford to the brand new 25-acre apartment and retail development Middlewood Locks, home to the first ever locks on the Manchester Bolton and Bury Canal.

It’s set to feature over 2000 homes and contain 900,000 sq. ft. of commercial space when complete. Seven Brothers’ new beerhouse was first to sign up for a retail unit (alongside a Co-Op Supermarket naturally).

They brothers been teasing us for the last few months with videos and images of the development, as well as urging us to become part of their family with an investor card and most recently, teaming up with Salford Rum Company and 4 Sisters Gin in a Salford pride advert. As if we couldn’t be any more excited!

To celebrate the impending launch, Get Living, the build to rent operator behind New Maker Yards at Middlewood Locks, has teamed up with Seven Bro7ers to launch two new beers which will be available at Seven Bro7hers Middlewood Locks.

Residents and beer lovers will be able to choose from a Vienna Lager or a Watermelon Wheat Beer, both of which will be available on draught and in cans.

Keep your eyes open for more information on the opening, it’s set to be a right old family gathering.
