Albert’s Schloss is turning graduation season into a full-scale celebration, with Cook Haus feasts, signature cocktails, flowing steins and live entertainment every day of the week. Whether you’re gathering family after the ceremony or heading out with friends, graduates can also enjoy a complimentary glass of fizz as they toast the end of university in true Schloss style.

Complimentary champagne at Chotto Matte

Chotto Matte is marking graduation season with a special Nikkei sharing menu and a complimentary glass of Pommery Champagne for every graduate dining throughout July. Expect signature dishes including spicy tuna crispy sushi, sea bass ceviche, prawn tempura and pollo den miso, plus the option to elevate the celebration further with wagyu A5 and champagne upgrades. The Cut & Craft on Moseley Street is arguably Manchester’s most high-glam restaurants. The former bank is full of pillars, lavish booths, chandeliers, and some of the ritziest lavatories we’ve ever seen. The menu is steak-lead, but with lots of fish dishes, salads and bistro classics too, and for graduation season they’re offering three courses and a glass of prosecco for £55 per person. Available Monday to Friday all day throughout the month of July.

‘Feast of the Wise’ at FENIX

FENIX is celebrating graduation season with its Feast of the Wise menus, bringing together Greek-Mediterranean dishes made for sharing alongside a complimentary glass of prosecco. Available throughout July, it’s an ideal excuse to gather family and friends around the table and mark the occasion in style. You can also pre-order your engraved champagne bottle before you dine, available to take away as a gift or enjoy at the table.

Special menu and champagne at Hawksmoor

Hawksmoor is helping Manchester’s newest graduates celebrate in style this July with a special three-course menu built around some of the restaurant’s signature dishes. Expect starters like beef fillet carpaccio and smoked salmon, mains including fillet steak, ribeye and monkfish, plus sticky toffee pudding or blueberry and basil whipped cheesecake to finish. Every guest dining from the menu will also receive a complimentary glass of champagne as part of the celebration.

The Ivy Collection is helping graduates celebrate in style with a special set menu available throughout graduation season.
