Higher Ground have announced an exciting kitchen takeover of The Creameries in Chorlton – for one weekend only. This Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd will see the team create a special menu to celebrate the height of summer and the abundance that it brings.

The Higher Ground team arrived in Manchester earlier in the year, taking over an old security cabin in the new KAMPUS development just off Canal Street. Brainchild of Joseph Otway ( ex-Head Chef of Where The Light Gets In in Stockport and ex-Relæ in Copenhagen) and Richard Cossins, they managed to seriously impress in the short time they were open.

When lockdown hit, they were forced to adapt and change their offering accordingly, offering an excellent home delivery service, which managed to continue the high quality and exceptional produce levels set during their opening, and create a truly unique experience at home.

The Higher Ground x The Creameries takeover is set to showcase everything that’s growing in fields and farms across the North West through multiple servings. There’ll also be some of their favourite wines being poured, all produced by growers that they know and have worked with in the past.

Priced at £40 per person, there’s also the option of n additional wine pairing at £20 per guest. A selection of wines by the bottle and the glass will be available to buy at the event also.

The Saturday service is now SOLD OUT – so be quick for the Sunday services. Get your tickets below…
