Starting off with some Cava (ideal for Buck's Fizz), there's Sauvignon Blanc (perfect with Smoked Salmon), Rioja Blanco, Cotes de Bourg 'Gaia' and Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Beaune (to drink with the Turkey) and a Niepoort Ruby Dum Port to finish off with the cheeseboard. Perfect.
