February saw city centre Italian restaurant, Cibo, launch their Bottomless Brunch deal, and since then it’s gone on to become one of Manchester’s most popular offerings. Now, they’ve only gone and improved it…

Previously, the Bottomless Brunch menu was split in two, with ‘Original’ and ‘Premium’ options, but they’ve now been combined into one and includes a bigger selection of food, new dishes and a completely new change to the drinks.

Penne Reggiano

New to the bottomless brunch menu is Cibo’s famous Penne Reggiano – easily their most popular dish – fresh pasta that is prepared in a whole wheel of cheese!

They’ve also added The Cibo Pizza to the new menu too, with mushrooms and Parma ham, which is then topped with 24k gold leaf burrata and truffle oil.

On the drinks side, you can now get bottomless:

  • Prosecco
  • Mimosa
  • Bellini
  • Pornstar Martini
  • Sex on the Beach
  • Pina Colada
  • Aperol Spritz

The brunch is available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12pm – 3pm (last seating at 3pm), and you’re sure to have more than enough to have you feeling very smug and probably very tipsy. The perfect combination.

There’s a lot to be excited about here. Cibo have got a truly mouth-watering selection of dishes for you to enjoy at their top tier bottomless brunch. Their Great Northern site is a great place to just enjoy a few drinks, too, with a huge selection of cocktails, draught beers and wine to quench every thirst!
