This year has seen some pretty special new additions to Manchester's already packed food and drink scene, and two of them - Vin de Bodega & MeatCo.

Launching back at the end of February, Vin de Bodega
is an online natural wine shop - started by 3 lads with a serious love of wine - who personally curate a small selection each week and then personally deliver it to people around the city.
is an ethical meat delivery service, born out of lockdown by two friends, India and Justine, with an aim to support local farmers, promote sustainability and educate on cuts of meat people wouldn't usually buy and cook.
The two teams have come together to offer up something pretty special - an absolutely huge steak and a slightly sparkling of *pink* - perfect for feeding 2-3 hungry people.

THE MEAT - from cows within 30 miles in the Rossendale Valley.
THE WINE - Made from Grolleu gris and cabernet franc in the beautiful region of Anjou, France, the colours of this bottle are hard to turn down before you’ve even got a glass in your hand. The luminous pink, the remnants of sediment in the bottom, even the label, all add up to make this bottle simply gorgeous, before you’ve even had a taste.
