Steak-experts, the two have worked as Head Chef’s at Manchester’s Allotment for a number of years – bringing exquisite seasonal British eats to the garden-themed sanctuary.

The team have stepped it up a notch and will be launching their first-ever Herd pop-up @ Allotment from Thursday 13th February, specialising in steak (and we couldn’t be more excited!)

Partnering up with a few familiar faces – the team at Herd are committed to supporting local and helping independents thrive.

Launching a brand-new steak menu and bringing their specialist knowledge to the table, there will be Lunch, Evening & Sunday Dining menus available (think steak & eggs brunch, hearty steak patty burgers and the nicest roast dinner of your life)

The team at Herd have developed great partnerships with local suppliers and businesses to bring high quality, locally sourced British-influenced food to the Northern Quarter (even including their fresh-flowered decor, sourced from NQ’s iconic Northern Flower!)

They’ll be working exclusively with Tib Street’s The Butchers Quarter, who will be providing sustainable beef from Cheshire (aged for thirty days in house) and will be launching their affordable and carefully-crafted menu at Allotment on Thursday 13th February.

The appeal is straightforward- simple food, done really well. Keep your eye on this one.
