What do we love? Craft beer? Where do we want it? On a rooftop. When do we want it? NOW.

Oh, and thrown in a couple of burgers for good measure.

We’re all in luck, because Honest Burgers (opening on Bridge Street on Monday 15th April) are teaming with Runaway Brewery to create a rooftop craft beer taproom. The stuff of dreams, right?

If you remember the former Garage Bar, across from Mojo and Crazy Pedro’s, that is exactly where you’ll be heading.

The rooftop taproom is set to launch on Thursday 18th April, also taking over the top floor of the brand-new burger joint.

Hot on the heels of recent collaboration beers with Umezushi (Gari Gose) and Honest Crust (Pomodoro Gose) the Runaway Brewers have also decided to create something special for the Honest Burger lot.

To mark this joyous union of burger and beer, they’ve created the Honest Pale, an ale which is supposed to be refreshing and light. Bring it on, I say!

Well, if you’re going to make an ale out of it, then you have to make a collaboration burger too!

Honest are famed for their local specials burgers – unique creations that utilise only the best local produce and can only be ordered in one Honest Burger branch.

Manchester will be no different with an exclusive burger made with molten beer cheese and Runaway’s smoked porter. I don’t blame you if you’re drooling.

Honest Burger is set to open on Monday 15th April, with the Taproom opening on Thursday 18th April.
