The Quarter House is keeping Pancake Day simple and seriously affordable, with £1 fluffy buttermilk pancakes and 50p toppings ranging from Nutella, Biscoff and Oreo crumble to smoked streaky bacon with maple syrup, available from 12pm all day. You can build your own stack exactly how you like it, then dive into their new sandwich menu, stacked with smoked chopped brisket in a Philly-style melt, pulled pork with BBQ and pickles, meatballs with marinara and pesto aioli, a classic pastrami Reuben, and a BBQ Cubano layered with ham, pork and sweet mustard.
