To herald the opening of the Trippy Chippy at YES – alleged to be the only chippy inside a bar in the world, though such claims remain unsubstantiated – the creators of the ‘chip trifle’ (effectively just well layered loaded fries) will be giving away 100 free cones from 5pm. When the free ones are they’re gone, they’re gone, but if you pony up some cash, you can find chips loaded with truffle mayo and parmesan, German-style curry ketchup, gravy and cheddar with rosemary salt and ‘magic shrooms’ for the veggies.
