A Lovely Weekend comedy festival
Fairfield Social Club, Irk St, Manchester M4 4JT
Fri 29th May, 2026 - Sun 31st May, 2026

Day passes from £45

A Lovely Weekend is back this spring, taking over Fairfield Social Club for three days of stand-up, live podcasts and some of the sharpest names on the UK comedy circuit.

Running from Friday 29 May to Sunday 31 May 2026, the festival packs around 20 shows into one weekend, bringing together established favourites, fast-rising names and cult comics for what’s shaping up to be one of the most stacked comedy bills in the city.

Friday kicks things off with Harriet Kemsley, fresh from winning over a whole new audience on Last One Laughing, alongside viral stand-up Tom Lawrinson, whose offbeat delivery and internet-born chaos have made him one of the most recognisable new voices in British comedy.

A Lovely Weekend

Saturday sees the return of Mark Silcox, who sold out at the festival last year and remains one of the strangest and funniest acts around, plus the first ever live edition of Sean McLoughlin’s podcast The Sean McTalk Show.

Then on Sunday, Sean McLoughlin is joined by stand-up favourite Josh Pugh, newly announced SNL UK cast member Larry Dean and acclaimed French comedian and writer Celya AB, rounding off the weekend with a line-up that feels properly loaded from start to finish.

Weekend passes are available now and include a complimentary BRULO brew plus a breakfast sarnie on both Saturday and Sunday. There are also single day passes for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as tickets for individual shows if you just want to drop in for one set.
